Congrats to the Cast of NEWSIES!
This is going to be the best show BHS has seen in many years due to the absolutely amazing talent we have to display. Looking forward to making magic happen with you on stage this year! Many of you will see an asterisk (*) beside your name. That indicates that when you’re not playing your character, you will ALSO be dressed as a Newsie to take place in those scenes (like Seize the Day, Carrying the Banner, etc). These will be as your character allows and as costume changes allow, but we’re hopeful to include you in as much as possible. As always, if you’re not comfortable accepting your role, that is your right. It will not change the casting, as the audition form specifically said that all casting decisions made by the panel are considered final. If you do NOT accept your role, please let me know and I will remove you from the cast list. You are expected to be kind to each other regardless of the results. Bragging, belittling, and or speculating will not be tolerated. We are a team, a family, and a unit that will uplift each other.
